Why does someone go to a lawyer? Because they have a problem which they believe a lawyer and the legal system can solve. We believe that lawyers should be counselors and problem solvers first. When we meet with someone regarding a legal matter our first goal is to listen to you and discuss your problem. Our second goal is to determine whether the legal system provides a solution for your problem. Often, it does not, or the cost of pursuing a solution through the legal system far exceeds the desired outcome.
