I had a ring resized here and had a great experience. They were super-nice people - professional, approachable and helpful. The work done looked great and was reasonably priced. I'll be coming here first for any future jewelry work.

We had met with around 10 jewelers in town before making the easy decision to work with Ali after our first meeting with her about creating a custom engagement ring design - she "got it" and was enthusiastic and passionate about creating a ring for us based on some low res images of a vintage ring I had found online, offering up countless great ideas and suggestions. Bostonian was also very up front with my now-fiancé about their pricing and they clearly knew their stuff when it comes to making jewelry, from history of different styles of rings to knowledge of the materials and what was or was not possible to create.Ali worked with us every step of the way, sending progress updates and getting feedback from us on modifying the design until it was absolutely perfect; from sketches, to photoshopped mockups, to a 3D printed version of the ring that we got to come in and see/I got to try on. Even still, the final result blows me away with how good it came out!!! I'm obsessed and have already gotten so many compliments on the ring on how gorgeous it is. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler for a custom ring!! POST WEDDING UPDATE: Ali helped me design custom wedding bands to flank my ring and I continue to get so many compliments about them!! Sooo happy with how everything came out.

Ali and Hagop were so easy to work with and made both a beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands for us. I would highly recommend them to any couple in the Boston area.

First off, this is long overdue - my apologies :/ Hagop and Ali helped my wife and I with custom designing her new engagement ring - a 10-yr anniversary upgrade. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, patient and knowledgeable as we reviewed/discussed several different design options. The design that Ali produced and the subsequent adjustments thereafter resulted in a beautiful ring that perfectly accentuated the diamond. Ali and Hagop were amazing people to work with. From the second I walked in, interested in purchasing an engagement ring, I felt comfortable. We cannot thank Ali and Hagop of Bostonian Jewelers enough for the truly magical experience they gave us. The ability to be involved in the creative process of designing a ring that has so much sentimental value is a unique and special thing. The showroom is a wondrous place filled with sparkling creations that have come from their hearts. Our original engagement ring had worn out over the years and could no longer be a ring. The creative transformation of it to the heart pendant could not be more special. The finished heart was more perfect and beautiful than we could have ever imagined. We were heartbroken to be told by another jewelry store that it was “worthless”. When we told this to Bostonian Jewelers, they didn’t skip a beat and said “we know what to do”. Their care, creativity and genius is what sets Bostonian apart from the rest. It’s why we traveled from NY to work with them. They are NOT a jewelry store – they are artists and jewelers and that’s what sets them apart. They made us feel so welcome and special; from our first brainstorming visit when we began the dream to what is now our beautiful new ring to delivery day. We loved being part of every design feature and decision and the finished product far exceeded our wildest imagination. It is sheer perfection! I had a necklace that belonged to my father that I cherished very much and the clasp on it had broken. Bostonian Jewelers were able to recreate the clasp in the proper karat and even fixed a part of one of the pieces on the necklace as well. I got it back and everything was perfect, I am so glad that I went to Bostonian Jewelers for the repair I needed. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience working with Bostonian Jewelers in spring 2019. We were searching carefully for a company that could re-set a family diamond into a new engagement ring for us, and we met with three jewelers in the Boston area before settling on Ali and Hagop. We often heard "just tell us whatever you want and we'll make it" from other businesses, but we were looking for more guidance and information, and Bostonian Jewelers really made it happen! It was great to work with a jeweler that did both the design and smithing in-house. Hagop was extremely informative and sincere in our first meeting, and Ali was brilliant at browsing our folder of inspiration photos and helping us craft a truly elegant design for the ring. She kept us updated via email throughout the whole process and answered our many questions in great detail. The ring was delivered on schedule. We look forward to returning when we create a wedding band to match the engagement ring.
