Our tradition of excellence began when the firm opened the doors at 803 Hancock Street in Quincy, Massachusetts. Martin Cosgrove had already been working with Francis X. Bellotti for five years. When Mr. Bellotti became Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1974, the law firm became known as the Law Offices of Martin S. Cosgrove, P.C. Joined in practice by Lewis C. Eisenberg and Thomas R. Kiley, the firm began operating as Cosgrove, Eisenberg & Kiley, P.C., in 1987.
