I sent an email request to see if the bmw that I was interested in was still available. I got the run around from the first advisor, so I called and got in contact with another advisor named Travis Nash, he asked me to provide my vin # and mileage of my trade-in vehicle. After providing this info he never responded until I reached back out two days later, than he responded the car was sold. Well I e-mailed 2 weeks later and they said that the car was still available. If you guys don't want to sell the car, take it down from your website, other car sites and STOP advertising it...PLAIN & SIMPLE!
