Trying to coordinate auto assistance for our college son from New York and finding Haglin via an online search truly was the best experience. Of course, issues arose 5p the night before a holiday but we took our chances to call Haglin, who to my surprise answered after hours & w/in 30 minutes had a tow truck at my son’s location. They were so helpful, professional & customer service oriented every step of the way, keeping us informed and made necessary repairs in a very timely manner. They will for sure be our go-to automotive center in Boulder! So genuine and efficient.

I had taken my cars to Haglin starting about 8-years ago. Having left Colorado and returned recently, I found Haglin to be the same outstanding institution. There is something about Haglin that makes you feel that they are on your side. I know that they will always be very fair and honest with the diagnosis and when they fix my cars or trucks it is done right the first time. When I need to drop my cars off, they call me to discus the condition of my vehicle, advise me and help me plan to keep my cars safe, reliable and on the road for the foreseeable future. Not only do I get a loner car when I drop mine off, they sometimes drive me home! I would highly recomend this team and will continue to patronize them as long as I live in Colorado.

New to the area and had some transmission troubles. This shop was recommended by another shop in Boulder and I am very glad I gave them a call! Jeff, and all the staff, were very professional and just provided superb customer service. I loved the text with the diagnostic report and prices. Super easy and convenient. No pressure, gave me options, and were just plain honest and upfront. Highly recommend Haglin!

I've been taking my vehicles to Haglin for about 8 years now. They have in every case been professional, HONEST, clear and supportive. I always recommend them to friends who ask "anyone know of a good mechanic?" I trust this place and enjoy working with each lovely member of their team.

Best experience I've ever had in an auto shop - I rarely write reviews but this place deserves one. My service was completed quickly, they sent me a detailed report on my car inspection, the shuttle service was superb, and the coffee was a nice touch too. Nobody really looks forward to getting their car worked on, but next time I need it, I know I'll be excited to return.

The folks at Haglin are the best. I've been coming here for years. They are always friendly and competent with extra good service. They make every effort to keep costs down and get my car back to me in one day. And the shuttle service is so convenient. I also like the fish tank and snacks in the waiting room. :~)

Haglin Automotive was a friendly and enjoyable experience. They had snacks, drinks, and speedy service. Got my oil changed and replaced a headlight bulb. Checked out my car as well, since I had purchased it used a few months ago. Will definitely be coming back for future act needs.

These guys were excellent! I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day and the work was finished in less than 24 hours. They also provided an incredibly thorough diagnostic report that included clear descriptions as well as pictures. Reasonably priced and wonderful paperwork/payment service. Highly recommend!
