We accept all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. Under a contingency fee arrangement, you pay to us a percentage of your recovery for attorneys' fees. If you do not recover, then you do not pay any attorneys fees. However, you are responsible for the expenses of litigation such as filing fees, court reporter fees, copying charges, investigators, expert witnesses, etc. We are permitted to advance or loan these expenses to you as the litigation progresses, but you remain ultimately responsible for these expenses.
