Only went there to rent a Uhaul van. Good service. When I called to reserve one , I was told I could reserve it with a card but pay cash at pickup. When I picked it up, was informed that uhaul doesnt let them do that. Not a big deal, but misleading just the same. I didn't speak with someone from Leonard tire when reserving. It was from a different location. ???

I'm not sure how to rate what happened. I was quoted a price of $104.00 per tire over the phone but once the tires were installed, the price was double that. I had the choice of having the tires removed and my old ones put back on - at a cost, but then that statement was changed to "for free". I ended up keeping the new tires but I feel totally taken advantage of. I'm responsible for that I guess since I chose to keep the tires. I'm still mad at myself. The tires are lovely, as they should be for the price I paid.

Good repair shop with honest service writers and techs. I do almost all of my own work, but they're my go-to shop when it's too cold, too big of a job, or something I'd have to buy expensive specially tools for.
