Prior to opening our doors, founding partner Richard Lindsey worked as managing partner at one of Fayette County's largest law firms. Mr. Lindsey has over 30 years of legal experience working for clients including individuals, families and BUSINESSes. Attorney Tom Lacy joined forces with Mr. Lindsey to form Lindsey & Lacy, PC. Mr. Lacy brings experience and skill in many areas, including class action suits involving large companies and antitrust laws, coverage disputes against insurance companies, insurance cases, BUSINESS litigation and personal injury cases.
