Marilyn G. Miller, Attorney at Law

Ms. Miller earned her law degree from the University of Kansas in 1981. After graduation, she clerked for a judge in the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Missouri before returning to law school for an LLM, a more specialized law degree, in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1983. She is licensed to practice in both Texas and Missouri, and is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Texas, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and in the United States Tax Court.
