Of course all my money wasn't in my order happens all the time. So not only do I not get the photos I ordered but I'm out my money because one your envelopes do not seal and two you have the kids handing them in to which ever kid they have working for them. I'll never order photos again from you. I make 8-10 sports photo packages a year for the last 6 years still encounter this same problem!
I wouldn't even give one star if I had the option the manager here is a joke will not help out with anything! so much for customer service nowadays! my daughter just had her pictures taken yesterday and I realized I wanted to change something on it and I called and she would not do that for me even though she said the pictures will not be ready for 3 to 4 weeks one day later she can't change my order for me! I would not recommend this photography place to anybody
Terrible customer service. Obviously based on other reviews I'm not alone in my experience. Had an issue with the company regarding duplicate sessions and they were completely un-flexible in their pricing. I was charged double when I was told they would not be. I was told "no worries we would work it out". They sure did..... by charging double. When I called, I was greeted by incredibly poor and down right rude customer service. Saying that they had to charge for a completely separate picture package even though I did not get all the pictures for the first package that I paid for. Very sad the city contracts through them. The main issue is not the costs, which is way too much, it's how awful I was treated. I will do every thing in my power to never work with them again and share with as many people as possible my awful experience with this company.
Minimal effort was made by this company to engage with the kids or to encourage a smile before taking their overpriced pictures. I've encountered better photographers at the DMV, to be honest. I would not recommend this company.
My photo order had got a little messed up and I was missing a few items. The phone was answered on a Monday morning quickly by a very friendly gentleman. My corrected items were received by priority mail to my house today, which is Wednesday. I am very pleased with the quick and efficient matter in which my concern was handled. Sometimes businesses mess up, they are human too, it's they way they handle themselves afterwards and this company did great!
