Mr. Whittenburg graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in accounting. He received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, then went to New York University School of Law to acquire an LL.M. in taxation. He represents taxpayers in administrative appeals before the IRS and the Texas comptroller. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the Federal District Court of the Western District of Texas and the Federal District Court of the Northern District of Texas.
