The Law Office of Todd Nickle

Todd Nickle has spent more than a decade handling criminal cases in state and federal court. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He began working for the legendary Johnny Holmes as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County. While in Harris County, Todd prosecuted virtually every offense from minor misdemeanors to capital murder. He worked primarily as a trial prosecutor in the district courts handling serious felony cases but also spent time trying cases in the Family Violence and Juvenile sections of the office.
