Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film begins with Venky (Venkatesh) and Varun (Varun Tej) getting caught to police. F2 is all about Venky, married to Harika (Tamannaah Bhatia) and Varun, engaged to his girlfriend Honey (Mehreen Pirzada). With F2, Anil Ravipudi wants to take us back to his most popular comedies from the first half of the last decade – Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari. But unfortunately, he gets lost in this process.

The film is almost the Telugu version of the Bollywood movie “Housefull”. There’s a bit obscenity and double-pronged dialogue toned down in this movie. Expecting sanity and logic from movies of this genre feels pretty far-fetched.
