While the site has not yet launched, I’m really happy with it. They did an awesome job and really exceeded my expectations. It’s the best quality of work possible. Arete Software Inc had a lot of great suggestions that improved the project a lot. The project was even delivered ahead of schedule. Arete Software Inc pays attention to details and gets things right the first time. I’ve worked with developers in the past who need to be told how to do things over and over again, that isn’t the case with Arete Software Inc. I tell Rahul what I need, and he’ll do it right the first time.

Everything they did was all white hat, which is what we're looking for. Arete Software Inc did a few content strategy campaigns to build up links through related auto sites, car clubs and sites of that nature. After those campaigns, we saw a huge boost in traffic. Again, we basically started from nothing, but Arete Software Inc has built us up a pretty solid base of traffic.

First and foremost, they were very professional and flexible. Because of my busy schedule, we had to reschedule some meetings. I always appreciated their willingness to adjust their schedules. Their professional attitude, work ethic, and the meaningfulness they put into their work. They were dedicated to producing something meaningful for us, something I could be proud of. My priorities were put first, and it was clear they wanted to create something that I would identify with. I’ve been part of engagements where the producer tries to convince the client of what they need all because the producer likes the particular product. I appreciate that they were committed to my vision, outlook, and interests for the site.

Arete Software Inc met expectations in terms of communication and scheduling. We have a few instances where our inputs did not initially make it into the development, but that might have to do with email problems. We used a variety of tools to manage the process including Zoom, Google and DropBox.
