Regardless, Rich seems to think a lot of himself and calls himself an “Internet Marketing Expert.” Apparently, he likes to talk to himself in the third person as well.

We first met with Rich Brooks at Flyte in early 2007 to discuss having a blog to compliment our retail store and e-commerce website. Within 10 minutes of meeting with him he provided us with invaluable information regarding SEO for our e-commerce website. We then moved on to our blog. When we arrived we knew nothing about blogs. When we left an hour later we felt much more informed and comfortable with bloging and the advantages of having a blog for our business was clearly presented to us. Rich and the Flyte crew are always available to us for any questions we need answered and when we have had a few technical issues arise with our blog they have been quick to respond and fix the problems. I have found Rich and the staff at Flyte to be well informed, pleasant to work with and enthusiastic about their profession. Their enthusiasm is contagious. We needed to significantly update our website and create a new image, brand and message. I interviewed and met with numerous web developers and selected Flyte to redesign our website. Actually, they helped us build a brand new site with open source software that actually works but looks just like the site that cost us 3X as much that didn't! They listened to our needs and read between the lines of the RFP to come up with an affordable plan to address our immediate needs. When we missed a couple of key deadlines they were more than willing to pull a new time line that worked for our staff.
