Very poor customer service there is never anyone to answer the phone you either leave a voice message or a support ticket or email. I had my website hosted thru Goozmo for many years and have been unhappy for several years have had several issues with email servers and not being able to send email from all my devices. I would not recommend this business to anyone for any reason. They get 0 stars for poor customer service and even worse communication. This system makes you mark at least one star to post.

We were using Goozmo for about 6 years now. In the beginning, their service came on strong and solid. I've had some issues with customer service a few years ago. However, of recent, they've been making more effort to take care of our needs promptly. They did do a great job of getting all their sites mobile friendly for Google ahead of the deadline last year.

There are no words to say how disappointed I am in this service. We have a non profit and the site is NEVER live. They took it down without telling us and then it continues to go up and down sporadically. How are we to be taken seriously as a non profit when our web host isn't reliable. Horrible service - we are moving to someone else - likely Go Daddy

I have relied on Goozmo for over 5 years to create and maintain my company's website. What I like about Goozmo is how creative and personal the designers are. They took a lot of time to help bring my vision to life and are always up to date on the latest trends. Not to mention, my sales have increased through out the years due to the extensive SEO work performed by Tyson and company. I highly recommend Goozmo to anyone interested in improving their online presence. They have exceeded all of my expectations.
