Company Description
Now Northeast Ohio’s largest Unitarian Universalist (UU) congregation, the idea of West Shore began through the vision of Rev. Dr. Everett Moore Baker of the First Unitarian Church in Cleveland, who recognized a need for a church west of the Cuyahoga River.
Review & Rating
I went to this church for a number of years, as it was it was by far the closest Unitarian church. Our family also found it to be cold, but I have to say that that was several years ago. My children being grown, I am willing to make the drive to another church.
Everyone was very kind and friendly. This is a place I would definitely call a no judgment zone, a sanctuary.
I enjoyed visiting, not pushy and open
Nice big church with friendly faces and lots of things to do.
I love this church but I'm really biased because I work here. Seriously though: one of the healthiest, most welcoming UU churches I've ever encountered. And the sanctuary is beautiful!
This was as comfortable an experience I could have ever had in a spiritual/religious setting despite my discomfort with religion generally. It was not a pushy environment which was greatly appreciated. My experience was of an open community of people trying to be better people.
