Stay away from this company! I had passenger side window replaced at this shop back in May. I was told that my car is ready and picked it up. They installed wrong size glass in the door, it was too long. Every time I was trying to close the window it would hit the top part of the frame and go down. I was told by the technician that I should use a short motions with the window button in order to close it. I was very annoyed with the trouble I have to go through every time window need to be closed and brought it back to the shop. They did put the right size window in the door, but could not program motor and after several attempts to get it done at Abra Shop I had to take it to Toyota dealership were it was programed with no problem. It took several weeks. I went on the long vacation and have not been using car for couple months. Recently I noticed that window stop operating properly, it would not go up straight, get stuck and it takes both hands and a second person pushing button to raise it. I contacted Abra Auto & Glass and brought car to their shop. I received a call from the technician who stated that regulator in the door went bad as a result of physical force applied to it and he is not able to fix it, but will put it in the report to his management. The only physical force applied to window was the wrong size of the first glass they installed which cause window constantly hitting the top part of the door frame. In a couple of days I received the call from somebody name Brian who according to the earlier call should be a general manager of the glass department. He told me that it is not his problem, tried to blame insurance company for not allowing them to install the proper window the first time. I told him that his technician told me that the damage to regulator is due to the physical force. His reply was that his technician does not know what he is talking about. The job which should not be that complicated took the period of over two months and still was NOT completed.
