My husband and I went here for dysport because our girl of 10 years went on maternity leave so we needed a fill in until she was back. Do not go I look like I've been wearing a hat all day (line through forehead and do not get there brow lift that they quote $350 for. I paid $800 for a wrinkled forhead and un even eyebrows. My husbands was $850 and same problem. The wait time is awful. I have been getting dysport for 10 years and have never had a problem or even needed a touch up. I would not recommend them to anyone. Sorry my review is harsh but this is your face and everyone has to see it. So beware! Our first appt we waited for 45 to an hour before we were even seen also!! 2nd waited an hour 30 min and that was to attempt to fix awful injections first time!!! NEVER GO HERE! (There was another lady in the waiting room who said she waited 2 hours before?
I went in for a service, and was quoted prices on the phone prior to my visit. On the day of, they asked if I was happy with the same service I had received elsewhere in previous years. I shared some concerns and they made recommendations for slight changes in the placement of the service. At NO point did they say the price would change. Upon checking out, I was give a price tag nearly triple of what I had been told by phone, and what I had paid at other medical spas. I was clearly thrown for a loop, even asked if they had a mix up on their computer system. The secretary coldly told me no, and didn’t offer to help clear things up. I left in tears, feeling scammed. For what I paid, they never called to see how I was doing the following week. They’ve called twice since to tell me it’s time to schedule my next procedure! I calmly tell them each time I won’t return because of how horrible my experience was and all they can say is, “Ok! Thank you.” Seriously?! You don’t even care to know why someone is dissatisfied? I felt like an idiot walking out of there. If they truly cared about customers, they would’ve helped me before I left and would take my input seriously when they call trying to get me to make a appointment for my next service.
I have always had a great experience at Adoro Medical Spa. The Spa decor is serene and relaxing but most importantly the staff and services are excellent. My results have exceded my expecations and are Always natural looking. Highly recommend.
The staff at Adoro are wonderful and the calming environment makes for a relaxing experience. After not being able to find any treatments that helped lessen acne scarring, I came to Adoro to undergo microneedling. I've since come back to repeat the treatment 7 additional times since I continue to see improvement. I'm very satisfied with the results and their pricing is reasonable relative to other places offering the procedure in the area. Adoro has truly changed my life and I am so thankful I found them!
Have always had the utmost of professional experiences at Adoro. In a phrase - Dr. Pacheco just gets it. She understands the difference between looking great and looking like you've had too much filler. I never worry about "duck lips" or a frozen face when she's doing my injections. I get a little nervous about lip and filler injections sometimes and they even offer self-administered nitrous oxide to take the edge off when needed. Their nurse also does a fantastic job with BBL - she took well over an hour with me and clearly was extremely focused on an individualized approach to what my skin needed. Great staff and lovely spa.
I have been going Adoro for a number of years, probably started with upper lid blepharoplasty easily 10 years ago. They may be a little pricier than some, and a little less expensive than others. I’ve had IPL, microneedling, laser and products. I’m very happy with all results and my sun-damaged face that is on up close and personal terms with my dermatologist, is very happy. The staff willingly shares the cost of everything, may have to ask if procedures are being more customized. You will not look overdone and I even asked - they have turned away some clients because too much was being done to their faces and they were losing a natural look. The facility is very nice, staff very comforting and professional and Dr. P is gifted surgeon. For me it’s been terrific.
The doctors at Adoro Spa are talented medical artists. They take the time to listen, then give their opinion. I have been happy with every procedure.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco for more than 10 years. I originally went to Adoro Medical Spa for Blepharoplasty surgery on both upper and lower eyelids. I was extremely pleased with the results.. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Pacheco is a skilled practitioner with a masterful touch.
I have been going to Dr Pacheco for over 4 years and am always happy with both Botox and fillers. It looks natural, never over done, and I trust her artistic talent and skill that she will get it right. And she always does. She is a little more money and I do wait longer, but in the end, it’s my face and I won’t go any where else.
