I liked the idea of supporting a local shop in my neighborhood until I realized they weren't actually changing my oil. Dad inspects my truck regularly, and every time he checked the oil, it was low (very low) & the color of varnish (in his words). He always added a quart for the 360-mile trip home. We're talking 3,000-mile oil changes on a well-maintained truck. This hasn't happened once since I found a new service shop. Arbor Auto also misdiagnosed a bad O2 sensor - having me pay hundreds of extra dollars on other parts in the process. I don't trust these guys at all. I can NOT support or recommend this business. Be cautious.

I just had my car serviced at Arbor Auto Works and can't say enough positive things about my experience. The work was done quickly and properly. My car runs great. Many thanks to Winn and his automotive technicains.

Couldn't be happier with my experiences thus far. The staff is friendly, and although service is usually very reliable, they are quick to work out issues that might arise with the repair. I have an older vehicle with a lot of rust, so I would expect some lingering issues, but they have gone above and beyond to provide excellent and honest service.

These guys are “LIFESAVERS” and the most friendly people ever. I was in austin for ACL festival and my car was shutting down due to my alternator and I needed to get back home to Dallas. It was horrible. Each mechanic were cool and chill. They gave me recommendations to eat around the area which were cafes and burger places to wait for the car to be fix. They replaced the part really fast for a reasonble price. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. THANK YOU.

I came to Arbor just distressed about the quote I had gotten from my dealership. They not only cut the quote in half, they we’re kind, prompt, and helpful in the route they recommended I take to get repairs done. I was very impressed & would highly recommend!
