This was my first visit to this office. I received a warm welcome. The nurse and the doctor had a great bedside manner. They were very knowledgeable and explained my procedure to me were I could understand. I highly recommend this office.
Have such a hard time getting admin to callback. Even had a disgruntled employee delete my surgeries from the books before she quit. Still waiting to receive my FMLA forms back from the office and my surgery is in two days. This office is a mess!!!
Had both legs done. The first one went great. I go in tomorrow to review the second leg. will let you know as soon as I know. hope it goes as good as the first ONE... Richard Lettie
My experience at Arizona Vein & Vascular was great. The staff and doctors all did their best to be sure I felt as comfortable as I could be during my visits and leg vein procedure and I would highly recommend Arizona Vein And Vascular to anyone.
Great service, we arrived an hour early and they saw us early instead of making us wait until our appointment time. Kimberly also took her time and got well acquainted with my wife explaining everything she needed to do step by step. I would recommend The Arizona Vein and Vascular Center.
Dr. Holgado was very thorough and nice. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I chose Arizona Vein & Vascular Center because they see patients 5 days a week. With my work schedule I was able to book an appointment without having to take off. The staff was very courteous. The medical staff was caring and personable. I highly recommend Arizona Vein & Vascular Center.

I was scheduled for an appointment today, 3/20/18, at 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 and was told I was not on the schedule today; that they had rescheduled me for tomorrow. I scheduled this appointment a month ago. I was asked if I had received a call about same and told them I had not. I was then directed to speak with the supervisor and she asked if I could come back tomorrow to which I told her I already had things scheduled. She really wasn't trying to accommodate me and kept sighing. She then asked if I could come back later in the afternoon to which I told her to just forget it. The only thing she could say was, are you sure.....not let me try and work you in now since you were not called to reschedule. It's not like I live around the corner. Poor service in my opinion.
The front desk should really be trained on all insurance plans. I self-referred as i have Tricare standard and no referral is necessary. I was told I needed an authorization and referral from my PCP. This is only for prime. The office lost a potential patient due to the lack of knowledge of insurance practices and policies.
The medical staff is great! Dr. H. Is amazing, he’s!
