I am new to this are and tried them out. I was very dissatisfied. It was lots that added up. I went to my new patient appointment. When making the appointment I discussed what was going on with me and asked to make an appointment accordingly. When I showed up the doctor didn't have time to discuss it. I understand and didn't really care too much. She gave me a referral to a nutritionist- which was my number one concern. I try to make an appointment with said nutrionist and they can't get me in earlier then 3 months. That really was the first thing to disappoint me. Why make a referral to ADC nutrionist if they are back logged for 3 months? I kept getting sick and my doctor, obgyn (also ADC), and urgent care doctor couldn't figure it out. I asked for a referral to an endocrinologist on my mom's advice. My doctor refused to give me a referral. Well I am lucky and have great insurance- so I don't need a referral. I just made an appointment with an independent doctor. While waiting the week for my first appointment with endrocology, my doctor had me make an appointment with her supervisor to see if he could figure it out- cool right? No. I show up, he hasn't reviewed my file, told me straight up he didn't have time to address my health issues. Now this was 8 months. 3 ER visits, horrible infections. I was on antibiotics for months! I just started refusing antibiotics they wanted to put me back on them because they thought I had infection or lukemia? No idea but didn't have time to figure it out and wouldn't give me a referral to a specialist. With in 3 days after going to the Endocrinologist she was able to diagnosis me, get me on medication and into a nutritionist. I feel better!!! My primary never even called me when the Endocrinologist sent my test results to them. No effort on their part. My mom works in vetaninary medicine and was able to tell me who to see and what was wrong with me before my doctors. I didn't even believe her but I was desperate. In general I would say ADC does not care about it's patients. Not the providers fault- I mean how is a doctor supposed to get to the bottom of an ongoing health problem in less then 10 minutes? Especially if they insist on treating one symptom at a time?

Since ADC has stopped accepting AmBetter Insurance from Superior Health, the level of service has been lackluster, I'm putting this mildly. I've been with ADC for over 10 years and am now leaving them due to the irresponsible lack of care and failure to provide timely care on a chronic established condition. To be clear and that there's no assumptions made, I'm not talking about opioid medication or any kind of pain medication addiction. My spouse of 20 years can attest my only addiction may be my work. I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol, etc. Lastly, If you're on AmBetter they will no longer take you as a new patient I understand this their prerogative but chasing out well established patients, well shame on them!

This place is really going downhill. I had an appointment today at 8 AM. Left my home in Round Rock, less than 6 miles, Left 47 minutes early, at around 5 minutes to 8 I was still stuck in Mopac traffic (go figure) due to paving or what ever they are doing today on Mopac to advise I was running a few minutes late. They said there is a 10 minute window on appointments, I said "ok, but could you please let the Dr. know I am going to be a few minutes past that. I was on the Southbound side of Mopac, only needed to circle around. They hung up on me. Had to call back, asked again to be transferred to the Dr's. direct line. Still had a very condescending tone to the voice. I have never once been late, this time I had budgeted as I drive this route daily should take 30 minutes tops in traffic today was crazy. Anyway, I get there to the lobby at 8:17. They say " sorry, we need to reschedule." WHAT!!!! Y'all make us wait for 30 minutes when we arrive now I am 2 minutes past the window and re-schedule!! They don't care!! Such horrible condescending people there. Remember, patients and customers pay your salary never forget that! Thanks for nothing ADC!

They constantly "transfer" you to voice mail. Over and over and over, so that you have to call the number back and listen to the recording again and again. They clearly do not want me as a patient. I'm done with this.

I wish I could give 0 stars. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. The worst part is their customer service. They sent me a check as a refund that ended up bouncing. I was also charged a return check fee from my bank. I contacted ADC's billing dept. immediately. At this point they have taken 4 months and I still haven't received any reimbursement or been able to get into any contact with a supervisor or manager. They have not tried to get back to me regarding this issue, each time I am told I will get a call back from a supervisor in 48 hours, only to never receive a call. It shouldn't take their billing department 4 months to figure out why their check bounced and to reissue a new check. I have called almost 7 times in 4 months. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. On top of this check issue, their customer service (at least in the billing department) is horrible and I cannot believed this is how they operate, and how they treat not only customers, but patients, specifically REGINA in the billing dept. They are rude, they refuse to give out information that they are legally required to do, and they lie. I was told their supervisor was in a meeting, I called 5 minutes later to try and get her email or any point of contact and was told she was gone for the weekend. They also refused to give me any point of contact for anyone who was in a supervisory role. I will no longer be using any of their doctors and I recommend no one else either, because if you ever over pay for a co-pay or really anything good luck ever getting that money back.

The phone representative I spoke with was rude and unsimpathetic. It made it seem that Austin Diagnostic Clinic did not want my business.

This is the worse managed facility I can imagine. You have to fill out admission information they have in their system. They do not answer phones and do not care either. This is a management problem not an employee problem.

Hi ADC Billing team, this is regarding our baby vaccination on 1/4/16 that's like 2.5 years back. Our insurance changed on 08/15 and we gave you the insurance details at the least 20 times and still you guys went a head and submitted to the old insurance provider. Later you guys send directly to aetna instead of our insurance provider who works with aetna to settle the bills. You guys kept lying to me that you submitted to the right insurance while I checked with my insurance - they said you guys never contacted them. Now after 30 months you sent it for collection. How should I proceed now? Is it a consumer court I should approach or file a complaint against you guys? Please let me know.

I am giving ADC North Austin one star due to their incompetence with my account and due to feeling abused by their billing system. (They have referred my account to a collection agency even though my insurance company has paid the claim.) I like my physician here, but they seem incapable of handling billing properly and fairly.
