Al and the team are very experienced, super friendly and helpful. Prices are fair, and they will let you know what options you have before approving the work. I'll take an honest mechanic with good experience over a guy who insists he can get a lower price just to secure your business. These guys are great, and the surrounding shops in the auto pavillion are great to have nearby!

I'm so glad Automotive Instincts is close to my work; after both of my experiences taking my car in to them I can't imagine now going anywhere else! I find them to be trustworthy and helpful. Edwin helped me on my last visit and was up-front about what my car needed but didn't try to upsell me on anything. Their customer service is wonderful, I can drop off my car in the morning and they'll give me a ride to work. But if I had to hang out there and wait for it I wouldn't mind because the waiting area is super comfortable, too. As I said, I'm very glad for the convenient location because I will keep coming back.

I've been taking my Hondas to AI for years. I love that I always talk to the same intake person, who knows me and my car, is helpful and always tries to get me in quickly and take of the problem or if they can't then refers me to someone who they know will take care of it. I also like that I can get a ride home and a pick-up if I need it. Most of all, I like the reliability and being able to count on them. That makes an often stressful situation with a car problem, not so stressful...a good thing!

The people at the desk are very attentive and respectful. They communicate very welll from the first call until the job is done. They never try and cross sell you more than you need. They are honest and do a great job of diagnostics. Their prices are fare and reasonable. I highly recommend this automotive shop. Above everything else, The most Important thing to me is how I am treated. I work in a client facing role in my industry and always strive to treat all my clients in the most professional way. I want all my clients to feel like they are kings and queens. I can say that this business does that better than any other company I have dealt with in all industries combined. The owner has hired a great customer service team.
