Dave and Tim were very helpful, they took my car at a short notice, and sent me text, and photo of all other things that I may want to take notice of with my car. Amazing service! AutoStream Baltimore is connected to the Shell gas station, so the entrance can be a bit hard to find. However, when I walked in the door, I was instantly greeted by the manager and the assistant. They were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. After dropping off my car in the morning, I had nothing to worry about because the manager and others were so helpful when answering all of my questions and very attentive before I left. They kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the day, and let me know what I really needed. I came in for new brakes because I was told by another shop that I needed them, but AutoStream let me know that my brakes were actually fine. It’s comforting to know that they weren’t trying to get me to pay for a service that I really didn’t need. They also asked if they could do an inspection to check for any other issues, which was great because my car was already in the shop, so why not? In the end, I only needed a few filters and brake fluid changed, and I was able to pick up my car by the end of day. Overall, I’m very pleased with this auto shop because they not only have great customer service, but they are also reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend coming here to get work done on your car if you are in the area.

Amazing service!! I had a small issue and was confused. The service team here was able to resolve the issue in under 10 minutes and sent me on my way. Great group of guys exceptional service

I love the way these guys do business. Whenever I need service, they are the first people I call. They are quick and efficient, they also dont sugar coat anything. If theres a problem they will be upfront with you. And they have a relaxed environment. Friendly and professional

I needed my bulbs in my van changed before leaving Baltimore for New York and chanced upon this Auto stream car center and I am so happy I did. The staff was professional, courteous, quick and also explained everything that had to be done. The cost was also very reasonable. I had a very good experience and I highly recommend this car center!

We are from NY and had issue with my brake lights. This young man named Shawn(who is tall and handsome I must say) helped me get back on the road. Fast courteous and Shawn was very nice. Thanks guys
