I booked a bartender and server for an event I hosted at my home. Unfortunately, the day of the event I received an email just hours before the server was supposed to arrive saying he/she called in sick and could not find a backup. Although this was a huge disappointment, the bartender, Jeri was fantastic. She arrived early, was friendly and made amazing Moscow mules. After a few conversations with the owner, he offered us 4 hours of complimentary bartending service for our next event to make up for the mishap. This really went a long way in changing my perception of the company. I appreciate that they would compensate me for the inconvenience and I look forward to using their bartending service in the future.

The bartenders that came from Bartend Chicago were very professional and friendly to all of our guests. We had a slight issue the day before the wedding however; the team member we had previously been in contact with was no longer with the company and didn’t pass on our correct information to the team. Luckily, Griffin (president of the IL branch) acted swiftly to make sure we were on the same page & communicated efficiently to this stressed out bride. It all worked out & we were very happy with our service!

The customer service is upsetting at best. I agreed to the estimate and then verbally and in writing was told they were taking a credit card just to hold the event. I ran into an issue with the event less than 24 hours after agreeing to the estimate and called them right away. The owner did not respond even though he had been quick to immediately respond before. The rep told me she would follow up quickly and didn’t. They charged me 2 grand, never told me that they were and never sent a receipt. They are now refusing to answer calls or emails. I need a resolution and they seem uninterested in providing customer service. Do not use them.
