Company Description

Bill Feid’s love of hot dogs started as a young boy. As a child growing up in Chicago, hot dogs were a traditional pre-Thanksgiving meal in the Feid household. Every Thanksgiving day, Bill’s father would pack the kids up and head downtown for hot dogs while his mother stayed home preparing the turkey.

Being from out of state, we found their selection of dogs to be amazing! Chili is delicious and dogs are awesome!!

They were not staffed well, it took an hour to get hotdogs and fries for three people. Two of the billy dogs were on stale buns and had definitely been cooked long before the rest. In the end they forgot my hot dog so they had to rush to get it together. It was all around a horrible experience.

Had a nice visit at lunch. The guy at the counter is a fun character. The owner was there and made us feel at home. Fresh cut fries and a quality dog. I'll be back soon!

Owner was incredibly rude to me as well at an event the truck was at. Wish i had gone one here and read the reviews before taking a chance. The hot dog was barely sub par at best, DEFINITELY not worth $10. Pretty sure the meat was not as authentic as they claim

Incredibly friendly staff and one of the best hot dogs I've ever had.

Customer service was great. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Food was delicious! The only downside is how warm it was in there. It was 90 something degrees outside, walking into some air conditioning would have been nice. Customer service and food made up for that though!

We didn’t have a good experience here at all. Went on a Sunday night. Most other places along the street were busy, but there was no one here. That should have been a clue, but we went in anyway. We weren’t in the mood for a hot dog, but they had other choices, so we got a burger and a salmon sandwich. I asked if they had fountain drinks with ice and was told no- only bottles. Imagine my surprise when I walked around the corner and there was a soft drink machine with ice. I went back and asked for a cup for ice and was given a tiny 3 oz cup and was told to refill it as much as I wanted. So weird.... The fries were good, the burger was thin but okay, and the salmon was not edible. It had a strong smell and a strange taste. I threw the entire thing away and we wasted 30 bucks there. Never again.

The hot dogs are basic ballpark franks and not a Gourmet Nathans Dog. The chicken sandwich was basically two pieces of chicken strips. I think you need to reduce the menu and make it great. The experience was more like a street hotdog.

Went the other day. Two drunk girls were running the line, one couldn't even work the register. It took us an hour to get one hotdog instead of two, it wasn't even the right dog. We got fries covered in cheddar, but not what we ordered. We live around the corner and I have told everyone not to frequent this business unless the owner is in and they can complain directly. At least when I called, the owner gave me a refund

Way overpriced and (pardon the pun) frankly not great. I expected better. People were nice, friendly polite.

We went in for breakfast and had a great experience! Great service and delicious food. If you’re a fan of green chili, definitely try the smothered breakfast burrito!
