I received an invoice saying I am past due for my account. This is incorrect. Or it would be if you people processed your payments correctly. I tried to use the online before and it kept saying my information was wrong - it wasn’t. So I used the phone line and was told it was paid. Now I’m getting a passed due statement saying it’s late? I tried using the online option and it still does not work. I will have to call on Monday.
