I joined several years ago, bought a package, maybe went 3 or4 times. I felt the only time I was noticed was when I pulled out the check card. I do not believe the counselor knew what a weight problem was but was nice. Please be cautious if you decide to join, I hope your Journey is better than mine.
Husband and I both went because they had a sale. Purchased a package for both. Husband ended up using another program and I assumed and had mentioned that I would use the monies already paid as a "store credit" for the shakes and food products they sell. When it came down to it; the Dr would not even give fractional credit for this. I was only allowed to use the dollar amount for his weight loss shots which I would obviously not need after having gone through my own program. The staff with whom I have worked is nice but I was surprised at the lack of intent to achieve customer satisfaction in this matter.
I was skeptical to call due to low reviews. I called to get more info on what they offered. The receptionist was super sweet and really explained the program and services and prices. I decided to try them. Everything explained over phone was exactly the same info when I signed up. There was no misleading. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this office!!
Stop false advertising bc those are not celluite blaster those are regular b12 shots and you over charge for those. Never seen a doctor once and the nurse was the worse with giving shots (but they fired her) the only good thing ill say is the front desk girls were the best.
Debbie and Allie are very nice and helpful, they have not only helped me to loose weight, but also to keep it off! It is really helpful that there is an interest free payment plan, it makes it affordable for anyone! Definitely recommend for any one looking to loose weight the healthy way!

The staff here are truly wonderful. there are no stupid questions and they always take extra time to make sure I have everything I need from supplements to snacks to my protein supplements. Cynthia has been especially kind and has made sure I have stayed motivated. They believe in educating you and motivating you!

This place will help you lose weight if you are willing to take time and follow the plan. No cheating!!! Or you will stall for several days. It's worth the money if you want to lose weight.
Dr. B is wonderful, thorough, and helpful! Worth every penny to get my confidence back. Everyone at the office is top notch. They treat everyone like family. The BBQ protein chips are my favorite.
