I have been coming here for sometime. They have always been fair and treated me very well. Not pretentious and will help explain the situation rather than try and confuse you and charge you more. Their prices are acceptable (reason for 4 not 5 stars) for Boulder not the lowest but certainly not the highest. I will Pay it every time to have people I trust work on my cars. Get you vehicle serviced here with confidence.

Absolutely the best auto shop in Boulder. This is the only place I take my jeep to and they are nothing but kind and professional workers who genuinely care about their customers. I was honestly shocked at how ni e and considerate they were the first time I took my car in. Definitely recommend them and truly believe they are the best in Boulder.

The best auto repair shop I've ever been to! Everyone here is friendly and professional and always willing to explain the details of what's wrong with my car (a '96 Honda Accord station wagon, which would be on the verge of falling apart if not for their expertise), and they've helped us save money on numerous occasions. We've been going here for over a year and definitely plan on going here for all of our future car needs.

I have been coming to this repair shop for a little while, and the quality of service and fairness of business were pretty good at first, but they have degraded since then. In total I've been to the shop about 5 times, and my first couple repairs were reasonably priced and happened in an acceptable time-frame. Unfortunately, my last repair was a simple, inexpensive procedure, and neither the labor costs nor the amount of time to complete it were consistent with several cross-references. Specifically, it cost well over $300 to replace a part that costs $88, and the amount of time between when I was called to be informed that they were actually loading the vehicle in the shop and when they told me it was complete was literally less than an hour (first call at 10:35 AM, second call at 11:16 AM). Obviously that doesn't add up, and it seems like the typical dishonesty one would expect from this industry. Given recent experiences, I personally would not recommend taking your car here, and I'll be seeking alternatives in the future.

These are honest and knowledgeable guys. To replace a blend door actuator of my car, most auto shops asked $900 to $1100, BVA only charged me $650 with their professional technique and quality service, I was satisfied. I continue to have my Toyota Highlander serviced at BVA, as I think they do a much better job than Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder.

I am a young single woman that does not have a lot of knowledge about cars. The mechanics were very patient with me and fit me in last min when I was trying to buy a car from a dealership and had Boulder Valley check the cars out. They never made me feel stupid or tried to take advantage of me because I was a female. They go above and beyond making sure their clients have rides when their stuck without a vehicle. Mike at the front desk was incredible!! He was so patient, kind and helpful to me and my many many questions and concerns! I am not taking my car anywhere else and will tell everyone I know about how wonderful this company is! Plus their prices are very reasonable! Thanks for doing the car industry some well justice they deserve with customer service and all around great business

Curtis went above and beyond to work with us and our insurance company to get our son's car repaired expeditiously so our son could get back home to Minnesota. He was stranded when the car suffered front suspension damage after an encounter with an icy parking lot. Curtis and crew even stayed late on a Friday to get it all buttoned up. These guys are simply the best and highly recommended!
