We love CallRail's intuitive interface, friendly customer service, and per-client reporting abilities! This is just what we've been looking for in a call tracking service for our SEO and PPC clients. And the price is right! Way to go, CallRail.
Call Rail is an innovative technology that has helped our business enormously to understand the value in our digital advertising iinvestment. At a very reasonable cost, it allows us to evaluate what is working and what is not working. Kudos to their technical support team for the extra effort, as well, when we had some backend issues implementing our site and getting the technology to function properly. Our issue got escalated quickly to the level of support we needed and our support specialist actually worked on fixing the issue over the weekend at night. Can't ask for better customer support than that. It's also great that you won't find yourself redirected to a foreign country for support from a technician reading a script who really isn't fluent in English or expertise to resolve the problem. All in all, a pleasant experience working with their staff and the product itself is a valuable tool for any business!
