Horrible customer service, I can't even get a quote request returned.
I run a small local non-profit and because of our non-existent budget we are always looking for a deal. At the same time, we cannot sacrifice quality. We used Champion Printing for a couple different print jobs and both times we had no complaints. Scott was right on time and the price was right as well. It's like the mom & pop print shop with big corp capabilities.
