The staff here are so wonderful and extremely accommodating! Two of my children are seen here and they treat us all like family. I couldn’t recommend them more and I have. To anyone looking for PT/ST/OT I quickly tell them about Coastal! I’m so pleased with the service we have received from everyone here!

We have had a great experience with this office. The facility is excellent and all the staff members are friendly and very welcoming. Our PT Janice has been amazing. Our child lights up everytime he sees her and we have seen significant improvements each and everytime we go. A++ overall. We would definitely recommend this office and especially our therapist (Janice) to a friend.

My elementary-aged child is in speech therapy with Duval County Schools during the school-year, but during the summer, Mary Sekeres at Coastal Therapy works with her to keep up her awareness and learned skills. Mary is an expert in her field with tailoring a speech program customized to your child’s specific needs. Her kindness and patience helps children feel at ease, with even shy children opening up in this engaging and fun learning environment. The office is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Coastal Therapy and all of the wonderful therapists on staff.
