DO NOT USE THIS WEDDING PLANNER. She is unprofessional, emotional, uncreative and not true to her word. When my fiance and I first met the owner, Kathy Grate, she was a sweetheart. We wanted a planner that was hardworking, had an inventory (vases, votices etc) that would be available for our use and just someone who knew the Atlanta wedding industry, like the back of their hand. We needed somene who had referrals that were professional and budget friendly. I should have known that just like her blog, facebook page and instragram, she was outdated and unable to handle our requests. Kathy was unable to find us a caterer in our budget, so I ended up finding one. Kathy was unable to find a photographer in our budget, so I ended up finding one. Kathy was unable to find a reliable DJ (the DJ that she referred went missing for a month), so I ended up finding one. Kathy dropped the ball plenty of times. When she realized that my fiance and I were loosing faith in her, she showed how unprofessional she really was and became attitudinal and frustrated. Kathy made promises that she could not keep and I could no longer let this person ruin my day. My fiance and I decided to FIRE HER and requested a full refund..She refused...We are now in the process of filing a claim against her and her ragedy business.. DO NOT USE THIS WEDDING PLANNER. I assure you that you do not need that type of stress when you're planning the biggest day of your life.
