Saw a rat in kitchen. Servers don't know menu ingredients very well or at all for that matter. And when management is asked to do something different on the spot, while the event is going...pur confusion...its like complete deer in high lights effect. Save your money.
My wife and I used Herban Feast for our wedding reception catering and can't say enough positive things about the experience. We consider ourselves to be a bit picky and particular when it comes to food and weren't about to be any different for our wedding. After the planner we were working with left HF to take another job, the owner, BJ, took over responsibility for planning our catering. BJ listened to our specific requests and helped us to create a totally custom menu. He was actually quite excited about our event and menu because of the custom nature of it. He to implement some of what we wanted, he actually had his team build custom, one of a kind containers to serve/present some of our food in the style we were going for. He also brought flowers, gourdes, and other decorative items from his own farm to accent the food decor presentation. Needless to say, his attention to what we really wanted, and follow through over the course of the experience, was exceptional. As for the food, my wife and I joked that our guests were too busy gorging themselves and enjoying the custom fair to visit with us as we walked around to see everyone. Herban feast completely met our expectations and executed our custom requests. I won't hesitate to use them for our next big life event!
The food is amazing
This company in general needs a lot of work. Management refuses to acknowledge any problems at their restaurant. Staff seems checked out. Don't waste your money here.
Herban Feast was outstanding. The execution of the food was simply perfection and service was top notch. Our wedding was at a private residence and the team absolutely nailed it. The attention to detail, professionalism and graciousness did not go unnoticed. I would recommend this team over and over again. Thank you Rosalyn and your amazing staff!
Great venue good food nice people
Herban Feast catered our 130-person wedding in Seattle. Due to dietary restrictions we asked for the entire menu to be gluten-free (including bread, waffles, fried chicken, pasta, and desserts!), and Herban Feast gave us plenty of gluten-free options to choose from. The food was delicious and plentiful! They also surprised us with cute food signs in our wedding's Star Trek theme!
