This place has terrible customer service!!! I went to the store to pick up my order. I was immediately helped by someone, but then I waited 20 minutes and still had no pizza. In fact, two other people who came in after me had already left the store with their orders. By this point, I figured that they completely forgot about me, even though I was standing right in front of them. Another worker then asked if I'd been helped yet, so I explained that I already told someone about my order, but I've been waiting here for awhile so I think she forgot about me. His response was, "Yeah, she probably forgot about you." NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! This person proceeded to actually get my pizza right away, but the whole thing was very frustrating. Not sure if I really want to spend my money at a place that completely forgets about their customers. I love their pizza, but there are plenty of other pizza places with employees that actually care about their customers. This place literally has the worst customer service ever!
Unfortunately, this is the only location that delivers to my address. I’ve ordered from here a few times and my order has always been missing something. I’ve called, they’ve offered an apology and added credit to my account. However, the only way to get the credit is to call. Well, their location NEVER answers and leaves you on hold OR even hangs up on you. I would not recommend this location and agree with other people stating it’s crazy that corporate has not gotten involved.
This is literally the worst Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. The staff is consistently rude, will hang up on you, and without fail forgets something on every order. But don’t bother trying to call to get it corrected, they won’t answer or will lie saying they’ll fix it and nothing ever comes. Tonight I ordered a large pizza and received a medium. Horrible service and flat out lazy mistakes.
Decided to see for myself, and forget the negative reviews. From the time i entered and placed my order, great customer service from the manager. Didn't have to wait long and he offered suggestions for various deals. Pizza was hot and exactly made as requested.
We have ordered here twice, both were horrible experiences. Food arrived over an hour late both times and were cold. I thought the first time we ordered was just a busy/bad day, now going over other reviews I’m realizing this is just a poorly run domino’s. For today: we ordered at 440. Expected delivery time was between 514-524 pm. Assistant manager Anthony wasn’t helpful at all. 15 minutes passed the delivery time, (delivery was estimated 34-44 mins) we called and were told that delivery man was on the way. After 30 minutes, still no delivery. I called and spoke to Anthony, and he said he couldn’t get ahold of the driver. Part of our order was delivered and incorrect, the other part was missing. I called and spoke to Anthony again to let him know that we were missing an item, and he said that he would send his driver back to us with the item (this was around 550 pm) ASAP. It is 908 pm and no call or notification. We will not ever order from this location again.
Constantly brought me cold pizza, didnt didnt full order (missing items), and just overall disappointing. And after 5 incidences of that, this last one is the best. I tell the driver to meet me in the lobby and he says i have to come outside, but their little over the phone ad says , "Be ready for our driver to meet you in the lobby of your residence, hotel, or place of business." and since I said I can't leave my building he just takes off. The most ignorant people. I sincerely hope this place gets shut down.
Let me wait another 30 mins after the app show up the pizza is ready for pick up. Totally I wait 1 hour for a pizza. In the end the reason is they just didn’t find the pizza. And I ordered a pizza with double cheese . That is the top of the line of the cheese option. What I got is a pizza with light cheese ! I PAID FOR IT. I PAID For double cheese and I got nothing! This is not the first time . I will not order from this store any more!
Worst Pizza store ever.. they call me and told me they gonna deliver it in next 3 hrs. The store person did not even hear the answer, worst store ever. I have known dominos and never had this experience. I am definitely gonna talk to store manager and gonna discuss with department regarding this
I absolutely like the food and service, great location next to my apartment. The staff members are always very nice. Would recommend to others.
App doesn't deliver to here, so no deals through the app at all, so I had to call where someone who was really nice and told me they usually do deliver out where I am, and to call back so they can clarify. I called again and was put on hold for 10 minutes, someone answered, set the phone down, andall I could hear were people working in the background for 5 more minutes... I then called again, someone picked up and instantly hung up. I then called again using someone else's phone and they answered instantly and say they can deliver to us, and the app is wrong So now instead of a good deal through the app we are paying $20 for a one pizza...
