Dr Elsa Orlandini saved not only my life but my entire families. She is beyond professional and a truly at the top of her game. I was a patient of Dr. Orlandini's for five years. I had been treated by many therapists and counselors over the years and had developed an aversion to talk therapy but my primary care physician recommended her for some of the issues I was facing and I decided to seek her out. I am grateful for the years of help and support that I found in Dr. Orlandini's care. She is always professional but she also allows you to be vulnerable and open with her without ever feeling judged. I felt very comfortable with her in every session and fulfilled after we ended my treatment. I would highly recommend her services.

First time I met with Dr. Orlandini I didn't know what to expect. The only thing I was certain of was that I needed a professional to help me understand myself in order to grow. Dr. Orlandini was incredible, she made me feel like I could trust her with my situations and no matter what, she would find a way to make me take control of my life. After some sessions she told me "Dude, it's time for you to move on, you're ready" those were not the exact words but that's what I heard and I loved it because it felt empowering on one hand and on the other hand I could see that she wasn't expecting me to be dependent of her forever in order to make money off of me, she is truly worried about getting you on your feet and giving you the kick you need to get to the next level in life. Some people have stigmatized her field as "only for troubled people" and those are the first people who need to show up at her door. 100-Stars, she is AMAZING!

A true professional. A true mentor who will be there as you find a path to guide yourself out of any problem or confusion. If its personal, business, marriage or anything else, she is the one to go to. I have used her services whenever life has just become too overwhelming. She is a master in her field. You will not be sorry. In a city that is plagued by fake doctors claiming everything in the book, she is the real deal. Her office is comfortable. Its inviting. It feels really good to be heard and to be told the truth like it or not as to what is wrong and why these things are happening. You will walk away with a better understanding about yourself. You will become and feel better. Dr. Orlandi is the way to go. I highly recommend. You will not be sorry.

If I could give Dr. Orlandini 10 stars, I would! From my first meeting with her, I felt at ease. No pressure, no judgement, no making you feel like you are less. She builds you up (not in a fake way) and gives you simple, every day tools to manage your stress, anxiety, etc. I honestly have left every appointment feeling better and more capable of dealing with stress and anxiety on my own. She’s always available and genuinely cares about her clients, which is nearly impossible to find in Miami. She’s lighthearted, real, kind and has a fabulous sense of humor. She’ll get close to you if you let her and if you don’t want that, she respects that as well. AND this is huge...she even took the time to help my husband better understand my anxiety and stress. Anyways, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Orlandini.

Highly recommend Dr. O! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I called to make my first appointment. Aside from being very caring and personable, she is accommodating and professional. Her office is a welcoming and soothing setting. I even started to look forward to our appointments. I saw Dr. O for about a year after a series of pretty traumatic events I went through. I am so so grateful for finding her, she walked me through my issues and helped me solve them in a way that I didn't even know it was happening until later, looking back I owe so much of my mental well-being to this woman. She knew exactly how to deal with the issues at hand caringly and patiently, yet still making sure I made plenty of progress. I can vouch you'll be in good hands with Dr. Orlandini.

I have been working with Dr. Orlandini for about the last eight years and she has been a source of great Inspiration and hope for me. Elsa, as she likes to be called, is a caring and well trained professional. She has provided me with great insight and tools to deal with major depressive disorder which I have lived with for most of my life. For somebody like myself that is resistant to medications, therapy has been a huge part of me being able to deal with my depression. Over the course of my treatment with Elsa she has always been there for me. She has praised my accomplishments as well as picked me up when I’ve been down. I have always been very skeptical when it comes to choosing a therapist and I can honestly say that I picked a winner in Elsa. She is is a great listener but more than that, she provides me with solutions and ways to be the best version of myself. Living with depression has not been easy but meeting and working with Elsa has been a silver lining in an otherwise daily fight for my life. I recommend her wholeheartedly without reservation.

There are truly no words to describe how amazing Dr. Elsa is! After years of seeing other Psychologist's we were about to throw in the towel! I am SO THANKFUL someone shared her information with me. We have never been happier and I truly owe it all to her. I think I owe it to the next person to pass on this information. My husband and I drove 90 minutes every time we had to see her. That's how amazing she is. THANK YOU DR. ELSA AND WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!
