I've been treated there for 2 serious disc herniations over the past 8 years, and have gotten amazing results. Pain free in a few months, no surgery, and a better approach to self-care and integrating what I need to do on a daily basis to stay at 100%. As a chiropractor and athlete I put a lot of physical stress on my body and trust Dr. James and his staff to give me the best possible care.

This team of experts and staff are remarkable. Twice now they have saved me from being crippled and in constant pain. My life has been given back to me for the second time. I have come here for my foot, neck, and and lower back problems. All the doctors here have been amazing. I work in the field of health and I learn more and more everytime I come. My husband also had herniated disk in his neck that Dr James took care of him. he healed without any further problems. I recommend everyone to this office for spinal issues, nutrition advice. After 3 epidurals over 6 months, over a year of excruciating pain and researching options, lack of sleep and a surgery consultation recommending surgery to treat a 10 mm disc bulge/hernia in my L4/L5, my internet searches on the topic generated a FB recommendation to Dr. James. After reviewing his website I thought I'd give non-surgical treatment another try. I was on the cusp of surgery and I'm so happy I clicked that FB link (which I never do!). After 2 rounds of treatment, my pain has almost gone and reduced from a level 10 to a level 1 light discomfort. I am no longer waking up in the night in pain, popping Advil or icing. I am hopeful that with a maintenance plan with Dr. James and some homework recommendations I can continue to avoid surgery and fire up those glutes! Dr. James treats the cause and not the symptoms. Dr. James provides thorough ongoing consultations and truly cares about your treatment progress and well-being. Extraordinarily, within minutes of treating my piriformis syndrome, which turns out was creating worse pain for me than my sciatica, I could sit pain-free for the first time in well over a year. Dr. James is by far the BEST chiropractor I have EVER been to... and there have been MANY! He has helped me to heal my body on a number of occasions when my pain was almost to much to bear. His unique approach to not only his adjustments, but also by addressing possible neurological issues that could be contributing or causing the problem is refreshing. I have limped into this office in awful pain and on the same day walked out pain free... and he always seems to fire my glutes back into working again each time. My time with Dr. James and his office has been nothing but a five-star experience. Before I moved to LA, I retained injury from car accident- but did not experience significant recovery from my original practitioners. When I moved to LA, McKenzi, Chris, and even Dr. James himself were SO on it - worked tirelessly with my lawyers to get me in for an appointment asap and were very patient with me. Within a month, I have already experienced DRASTIC improvement. Dr. James has a truly holistic approach (isn’t one of those doctors that uses that word solely as a marketing tool). Dr. James and his staff (SHOUT OUT TO MCKENZI) genuinely care about each individual patient. Amazing service & super nice office space and state-of-the-art equipment, but because you will actually heal (not just the symptoms) and experience true results.
