He received top honors at Southwest Texas State University by graduating Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I had an exceptional experience with this facility, Dr Cyr and his staff! Saspine was clean and everyone was working as a team and getting people in and out quickly. They also keep you unbelievably comfortable while you wait. This was my first surgery and it couldn't have gone better. Thank you Dr Cyr!

Dr Cyr performed a 4 level fusion on me in 2013. He is by far the best doctor I have ever been treated by. My backed fused perfected and other than some pain associated with the hardware the surgery was a success. I can even wear moderate high heels on Sunday. I had to change doctors because of my insurance, but every doctor I’ve seen that reviews my X-rays also say Dr Cyr did an awesome job. If you happen to be afraid or on the fence about a surgery I can assure you If Dr Cyr performs your surgery it will be a success.

Great modern new location. Dr. Steven Cyr is fantastic. Very patient oriented, understanding and compassionate, and extremely competent... with an extremely professional and helpful staff. Every single need is provided for extremely well in every step of the process. I highly recommend this practice.
One month ago I had anterior cervical fusion surgery on discs c6/c7. Dr. Cyr and his staff were fantastic from the beginning of the process until the end. The doctor made sure all alternatives were exhausted prior to discussing surgery. We made the decision to move forward with it. After waking up from surgery I felt immediate relief on my neck. The recovery went as the doctor described and so far so good. I am now one month post op and feeling better. He is a true professional and I wouldn’t trust any other surgeon for my neck/spine.
I have had two procedures with Dr. Cyr and his PA Paul Chen. I have had great success and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Your waiting time before an appointment might be long but it's well worth it. They take their time asking questions and getting to know their patients and don't try to rush exams which is why sometimes you have to wait. When they get to you they treat you like family not just another case. I have recommended these doctors to my friends and family and they have never pressured anyone into having unneeded procedures.
Dr. Steven Cyr made me feel very comfortable. He was easy to understand and I felt like my condition was number one priority. He explained both procedures with detail so I was able to comprehend exactly what I was having done. He was very good with follow up and gave me a lot of time to ask questions. I would have never been so comfortable had it not been for him or Paul Chen.
