When Immigration makes mistakes on your file, as a person who is applying for PR, it is pretty damn scary. How am I supposed to tell them that they are wrong? Well, Andrea knew the answer. She understood the problem, was very empathetic, and then used her phenomenal writing skills to write up an incredible follow up letter to the Immigration Officer.
