Pastor Tolassa's sermons in recent days turned into a political speech. I'm not a Pastor or a preacher like Pastor Tolassa but by Grace of the Lord, I'm saved like he and fellow believers. Just because he has been serving the Lord and preaching His Gospel for decades, doesn't mean he can twist a word of God as it fits his earthly needs. Here are few of his phrases. 1. God doesn't know you as Oromo, Hadiya etc. he knows you as Ethiopian. First of all God does not recognize us based on our nationality, even if we take Pastor Tolassa's twisted argument and say God recognizes human beings based on nationality, He [God] would recognizes us as Oromo. Amhara, Hadiya...etc 2. Pastor Tolassa also mentioned about burnt cars and closures of road with rocks. It's very disgusting to care about materials while the precious human life is being cut short by the TPLF bullets. May God Almighty forgive his servant Pastor Tolassa Gudina for adding insult to the victims wounds by siding with the temporary human power that comes and goes. But the word of God stays eternally. Pastor, Dr. Tolesa. Congratulations on your 50th anniversary of Kingdom service! I just saw the news and I hope that it is not too late to congratulate you. Those of us who criticize God's servants need to be aware that Only God can judge His servants, and we are not authorized to judge His servants on His behalf. In Mathew 12 : 36, Jesus says "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment"
