The food was amazing. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. Prices are fair. Not so close to my office, unfortunately.

Food was excellent! Menu unique and made perfectly to order. Although we had a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes, but the food was worth it.

Overall we were let down by Flora Street. While the atmosphere is lovely and the menu is interesting, the food did not deliver on taste parallel to the creativity of the ingredients. Our waiter raved about the lobster tamale pie and it was one highlight of the meal but it's really more of a deconstruction pudding version of its name. The baby gem Caesar lacked flavor and the manchego appetizer was overrun by oil and I've had better olives at home bought from Whole Foods. The chicken entree was the best item of the night. The kitchen overcooked the halibut and it was served cold, crusty on the outside, dry throughout. The chicken came piping hot making me think an amateur or perhaps newbie kitchen staff overcooked and let it sit without timing the dish prep nor quality checking before serving. Additionally the waiter literally told us how careful he was timing everything, only to leave us sitting with no food between courses for more than ten minutes. For the price and pomp this place gets I left disappointed and honestly have no desire to spend another $170.00 on a mixed bag dining experience.

Great food, with cozy unique atmosphere IF you can get parking on a busy weekend. Drove 45 min for 8pm reservation and the street was shut down by the valets saying they were full and not taking any more cars. Dropping off a handicap passenger in front of the restaurant was not allowed either. Parking garage and lot options two blocks away. When calling the restaurant the hostess ambivalent to the problem so we canceled the reservation and went to Ferring’s. The poor experience at Flora Cafe just ruined our desire to continue to go back.
