This school is unprofessional. The enrolling process is a joke. The owner would not get back in touch with me at all. I would call the school multiple times and email the owner to get the information I needed to start but with no reply or call back. I had to drive an hour to the school twice just to speak with him. Very disappointed.

The owner is cool and laid back....the students are friendly and actually most of them give great hair cuts...I have been impressed by the haircuts I have gotten here...

I wish there were no stars because of the service that I’ve received. I am a black business owner and I always try to support others. With that being said-I think the this place would be much better if the older-black owner could get rid of her stank attitude towards serving her client. These prices has risen sky high. I brought my daughter in to get her hair done and this place charged me way more than expected. They charged more than my licensed stylist would for the style. Waited a very long time to be seen cause the old lady too busy on her cell phone and dancing like she young again. Baby, sat somewhere and be an example and role model. You ain’t no young spring chicken anymore. Don’t waste your time here. I won’t be supporting this place anymore. Neither will I refer anyone else.

As a graduate student I appreciated being able to work and attend school, as a full time mom. It has been an awesome experience with hands on training and working with their staff. I would highly recommend.

While my time here at Franklin Barber Institute was short I was able to become better equipped in my knowledge of hair, braiding, and all things cosmetology related. I enjoyed my instructors and classmates, we were all able to learn from one another. Today I'm proudly finishing my braiding and weaving course today!!

Best experience I ever had. Down to earth instructors who teach at a good pace and also are patient. Great environment, thanks to Mr.Ron for accepting me. Affordable classes with good schedule hours that work around your job and personal life. I learned everything I need to know and feel confident I fully recommend this school to anyone wanting to become an licensed professional barber 💈

I recommend attending Franklin Beauty School because they have hands on training, get guest speakers, we get to attend shows and special events. Not only do we learn about hair they teach business ethics for running a salon or business. I like Franklin because it feels like a second family here, and my instructor Ms.Nora was very helpful with preparing me with everything I needed for my state board exam. Thank you Franklin!

I am a recent graduate from Franklin Barber School. Although I had my ups & downs I would say that if not for this school I would have most likely not become a barber. I would have to say that the environment and people is the key reason for me attending this school and completing my hours. The owners both Ron and Mrs. Jay are amazing people who really care and understand that life happens, I wouldn’t change a thing. I would tell anyone thinking of coming to Franklin to come in and check them out.
