You might not think that a nutritionist has to watch her weight, but in reality, it’s a daily challenge. Although I am thin (under 110 pounds) I have to work like a hawk to stay fit and to keep my weight where it is. I love chocolate and crusty bread, but at 5-feet 1 ½-inches I am a metabolically challenged woman.

I went on a grocery tour with Gail and it was great! She showed a bunch of healthy snacks I could buy and what to look for in ingredients when buying certain food products like bread. Her office has a whole wall shelf displaying healthy food items which I think is very cool and inspirational. She's very good at what she does and is really nice - I definitely recommend going to her!
Gail zeros right to the problem-After one visit I knew what to do and what not to do.-The most impressive part is that she wants to know your incentive buttons and pushes those when needed. I would recommend her to anyone.
