Garra Rufa fish are used in many parts of the world for their therapeutic benefits and in practices for more than 200 years. We started in a small kiosk-style space inside of a shopping center in Northern Kentucky, and we’ve grown to larger footprint store-fronts in more than five states.

Listen, This has been THE BEST Experience We, myself and my fiancé have EVER Experienced!!! The are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Respectful, Clean and Respectful!!! I traveled 1hr to get to my appointment, they were waiting on us hand and foot... Literally!!! I can’t wait to go back next month “everyone should detox at least twice a month “ The Fish Spa Tickles but it was soooooo Amazing !!!!

This has been BY FAR the best experience of my life. My feet have never been more smooth. Also, the staff is exceptional. They are so well educated on their services as well as the fish. They are extremely friendly and the spa itself is simplistic and very clean. I have recommended this spa to all of my friends and anyone I have a chance to share with. PLEASE GO TRY IT OUT GUYS
My feet are so soft!! It was a very enjoyable experience, the workers give you all the info and explain everything. It's at least worth trying once. They rub your feet after with lotion which was heavenly and they are super nice. Great experience!
I had an amazing experience. It was really clean and everyone was super friendly. At first I thought the experience would be something I would do just one time, but I definitely will come back. It left my feet feeling so smooth also added a slight shine.
I’m not going to lie I was not sure about this at first. Once I got use to it, I really enjoyed the fish. The owners are so sweet and friendly. I would highly recommend this place if this is your first time. AMAZING !!!
Price is slightly steep but my girlfriend loved the experience
Amazing experience!!! Fish are gently scrubbing your feet and you get a massage after the procedure. Staff is super friendly! Will definitely keep coming back!
Great experience but it's not for sensitive skinned or ticklish people. You do notice a difference afterwards but it's short term. I take people from out of town here because of the unique experience.
