Rick's training sessions are hard but in the best possible way! Rick creates a customized workout plan for you and then helps you execute said routine in the safest and most efficient way! Every minute of the workout is hard but it is the most rewarding feeling after every single session knowing you are pushing your body to its fullest potential. I recommend Rick to everyone I can because you really can't get the same workout anywhere else. Not only are they great workouts, but you focus a lot on form and good eating habits outside the gym that all together help you reach your goals in the fastest way possible. Plus the one on one training in his secluded gym is a big bonus!

As a 35-year-old man, I had always assumed a personal trainer would be a waste of money for me, because I could figure out a gym, right? Turns out making meaningful progress on your body is more than just being able to follow the diagrams on machines! Rick's approach is very personalized - he will push you every workout, but is very careful to prevent any discomfort or injury by focusing on proper form. He's motivating without being aggressive, and rounds out the physical fitness with good nutritional advice. The facilities are very clean, and you don't have to worry about competing with anyone else to get the most out of your workout. I've tried "getting in shape" many times before, and luckily my genetics have made it not impossible to lose weight and tone up some. But with Rick, I can see and feel my body really changing, and in only a couple of months' time!

i just started working out with Rick in November, and he has really helped me set some realistic fitness goals for 2018. i was a bit afraid of using a personal trainer, as i am in my 50s and certainly not in the best shape of my life. Rick is one of the best trainers I have had. He is respectful, knowledgeable and keeps me motivated every session. Regardless of what craziness has happened earlier that day, Rick has the ability to keep me focused once i walk into the gym. Highly recommended!!!
