We were very skeptical when we were out shopping and came back to a note on our car we called back and the gentleman told us that he had run out of cards and gave us the run down on his company it sounded too go to be true nothing is that easy any more. Josh came out and did the assessment after that everything was so easy he took care of everything. While my car was being repaired we got hit by another catastrophic hail storm and our rental was demolished I could not get a hold of the rental car company and had no vehicle I called Josh at 7:00 at night he said he would try to help me find a rental in the morning he stood by his word got us into another rental until my car was done. We got the car back and there is not s dent or ding on the car it looks really good and there were some really deep dents. We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend Hail Free Solutions to everyone!

Could not be happier with my experience with Hail Free Solutions. These guys specialize in hail damage repair and since I did my research, I found that the technician who repaired my BMW was certified and had over 20 years experience in PDR. Not only were they extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything, they made all of the calls to my insurance company for me. They gave me a tour of the shop to show me how they do the repairs which I thought was pretty cool. The front desk girl was friendly and called me to give me updates. It took about a week and my car was returned spotless. I can’t even tell there was anything done. My car looked like the first day I bought it! I highly recommend you call this company for your hail repairs.

Awesome service, best people to work with just bought my new Cadillac ATS and got hail damage and Hail Free Solutions was able to restore my value and remove all the dents. These guys are the real deal, my hood was smashed and they replaced it and had it repainted and it looks great!!!

I would just like to say thought long and hard before I posted this review. I would not use this company again. This is a new company location and they have one in Denver, CO. I am not sure if I had rookies or pros working on my car. My vehicle has more cosmetic flaws then what it started with. Took my car to the car wash myself, and all I did was spray it off. I found paint chips, scratches and bubbles in my paint everywhere. Where the hell did the bubbles come from? My passenger door will not open and I know that was not an issue before. I never had any issues with my car. It is 1 year 1/2 old. My trunk was having trouble opening. I replaced the batteries in my fob. "Nothing" I couldn't figure out what was happening until after I took my car for a car wash and noticed....the bumper was either stepped on, leaned on or taken off and not put back on correctly. It has a 1 inch gap from the frame. I am afraid to even try to take it back since they don't deal with paint and they are not a real body shop that services everything. THEY ONLY PULL OUT DENTS. I complained when I first got it back and I was told I am just a pion on the totem pole so you need to call and complain to the main office. If I had a business all my employees would know and understand how to at least get my customer to the right people and follow up. That's great customer service for you! If you even think that your car may need paint.....go to a real shop. Now I am forced to make another claim or pay out of pocket to have other issues corrected. Price you pay for good deals. Never again and I will not skimp on my car ever again.

Unfortunately we got hit by the massive hail storm here in Colorado Springs. What happens is storm chasers come to the area and pop up tents in every parking lot possible. We didn’t want a fly by night company. We wanted to work with a local company that could handle everything and make it an easy process. With their $500 deductible payment, there was nothing out of pocket! It was simple and easy. Plus Suzanne and Cain was easy to talk to and explained the process in a way that I could actually understand. There was no sales pressure or anything. So I would highly recommend Hail Free Solutions for all of your automotive paintless dent removal and repair needs!

The team at Hail Free Solutions are amazing! From the moment you call them, you know that they care. Sometimes hail happens and when you cannot get home fast enough, you get dents. I was nervous that it would be a tough process, but Suzanne took care of me and even offered a rental car if I needed it. Simply Wow! You don't get that type of customer service at places any more! Thank you so much for taking the time to make the process as easy as possible!

I’m pretty picky with just about everything and I read way more reviews than I’d like to admit, so I was skeptical to try dent repair. I could not be happier, unless I win the lottery, maybe, but hese guys did an absolute perfect job. I’ve tried to see where the previous dents were after repair and there is literally no way to tell there was ever any damage. I’m soooo happy I didn’t have my car painted! It was faster, no overspray, no paint on trim, no smell in car. Much better solution!

Josh contacted me via a note on my windshield. Good marketing. They paid for my deductible and a rental car. I have an aluminum body on my vehicle and they said they could make it look like new, without any painting. When I saw it after it was completed, I was amazed. It looked like it was a brand new vehicle. Service was very good. I will go back and reccomend the shop to my friends. Tc
