Stellar service. The folks at Intown Business center are so helpful. They go out of their way to make sure your project is completed successfully. I recently went in needing to print a complex, multi-section, large format project, and was not entirely sure how to pull it off logistically. They sprung into action and did exactly what was needed. It turned out perfectly!

The young woman was nice. The older gentleman there seemed very pushy and rude. Even the way he spoke to the younger woman working there, seemed like he was scolding her. I have a business account, and can get the free Fedex shipping supplies if needed. Out of random choice, I thought I'd visit this place of business to get those items and ship my item (I already had my shipping label). He told me, he didn't want to have to go through the boxes to look for those free supplies from Fedex; seemed like I was an inconvenience to him. This is why people don't like to get things done necessarily at brick and mortar stores anymore.

I love this place. everyone is so friendly and helpful. I came in with some Amazon returns and the boxes I brought in were unsealed and the labels not affixed on the package. a very nice woman ran over with some taped and helped me get everything sealed up and put the label on for me. Never had that happen anywhere else! Will never go anywhere else for this kind of service. 💖

Miracle workers for small business owners & freelancers. They just printed business cards for me in less than 5 min!! Laser print, looks like I ordered from a fancy printer - amazing. Hugely grateful. How lucky are we to have Intown Business Center here. I live nearby and walked over, can’t believe I didn’t even have to get in my car, deal with traffic, etc.
