They did a beautiful job on my daughter's wedding flowers. Highly recommend! The cost was great.
I received a birthday bouquet from my sister in law across country in Oregon. They were tired looking and the water was cloudy and had lots of debris. Received on Friday, today is Monday and they're drooping and drying up, even with a full vase of water. The bouquet was ugly too, pink mixed with orange flowers? I think they're color blind and that florist. I believe I've received flowers from them before and they were sub-standard. Stay away from this place.
Jan's provided all the flowers for my daughter's wedding. It was a pleasure doing business with Gail! Her prices are better than the nearest competitor in Fayetteville. She offered solid advice while never trying to up sell or increase our budget. She always respected our budget. She was very patient through many changes to our order. We had many changes including needing delivery late in the game. It was a Sunday wedding, and she was already committed to another wedding which was earlier, but far away, as my daughter's wedding. Well, she came through on time, anyway! The flowers we're beautiful- fresh and arranged perfectly! We got lots of compliments. From ordering us loose, fresh flowers to arrange ourselves (prices comparable to on line sources, but no worries for freshness) to boquets to boutonnieres everything was on point. I would definitely use Jan's again, and would highly recommend Jan's to anyone! Thanks Gail for taking some of the stress our of wedding planning!
The response from the arrangements that I have sent from Jan"s has been, "WOW". They have even accomadeted special request to perfection. The suggestions they made were perfect. If you don't use Jan"s you're probably not getting the "WOW".
Ordered two Prom corsages for the girls from a national referral chain..1-800...(which I had no expectations). I was planning on finding a local florists as a backup if needed. Oh my, it turned out great! So glad I got Jan's Flower shop! They were nicer than the picture from the national site online. So nice on the phone when I called for one more too. Called and didn't hesitate to order again, but this time directly from them. They Really care about their product. During hectic prom time, she sounded tired...but she must have liked my compliments...because I am getting a rush order for our unexpected plus one girl. So just Call and say you heard they are the BEST !
I had been working a lot lately so I wanted to do something special for my Stepdaughter since I hadn't seen her much. I called Jan's Flowers and Gifts and said I was on a budget but I wanted to do something nice for my 9 year old. After asking what I had in mind, I told her... girly and about $30 but the rest was up to her....shortly after, a bouquet arrived that was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and would have run me in the $70+ range anywhere else. Being the 1st time anyone has ever sent my little one flowers, this is the bouquet she will never forget. (Everyone @ work said I have set the bar high for any boys that ever try to buy her flowers later in life!😉) Thank you SO MUCH for making her day special and making me look like a rockstar without having to do anything but make a very quick phone call! You will be doing ALL of our special occasions (and just thinking of you's) from here on out!! DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!
I made the mistake of ordering through 1-800-Flowers last year for my mother's birthday, so I decided to shop with a local florist this year. I found Jan's Flowers in Fayetteville and I am extremely happy with the arrangement my mother received. I told Gail of the arrangement that I had ordered last year, in hopes to get something similar, and she found it. I happened to notice the price and immediately realized that the price listed was NOT the price I had been charged. I don't know if it was different service charges or what, but with the better prices and better service, I will now only shop with Jan's!

Arrangement was gorgeous and so full with several different kinds of green plants mixed with color. It was for a funeral and the recipients loved it! I was very impressed.
Complete tipoff paid for the medium size and got a size much smaller than the smallest size
I have been ordering from Jan's Flowers and Gifts for almost 10 years now! I love the variety of arrangements they have and the care with which they are created. I have been sending my nieces Jan's Flowers every year since they were been born for their birthdays. One niece LOVES Pokemon. So for her birthday this year I casually asked if it was possible for an arrangement to be made in the shape of a Pokeball. The owner, to my delight, was up for the challenge! It was a big hit when it was delivered and my niece STILL talks about how cool it was to get a Pokeball made of flowers! Thanks, y'all for being so awesome and willing to go above and beyond! I would give you 10 stars if I could!
