Juke is simply fantastic. Every person I've dealt with there has been professional and kind and willing to take time to explain things. I'm not a car person, but I really feel confident in this team and TRUST them. Comfy waiting area with coffee and wifi, good answering service. Yesterday my car suddenly starting stalling and running so rough that I was barely able to get it into the shop -- I had no appointment, but they took me in. The solution ended up being really easy (thank goodness!) & they even tested after the fix to be thorough and didn't charge me b/c it was so easy. THANK YOU, MIGUEL! RICH, YOU'RE A DOLL! AARON, I'M EXCITED FOR YOU TO BE JOINING THIS AWESOME GROUP!

Best mechanic in Austin and maybe my favorite company in Austin. These guys are honest, thorough and just nice to work with. I have brought three cars to them over the years and could not have been happier with the results every time.

This place is alright. Friendly, but they up charge a lot. I took my car there a couple of times, first time I had a good experience when they were a small shop before they had moved and upgraded. Second time, they wanted to charge me up to $900 for parts and "labor." I said screw this, bought the part myself which they were up selling by like $150 and youtubed how to change the part myself. Especially being a woman, mechanics try to take advantage of that sometimes. But I gotta hand it to them, they've inspired me to learn about my car and work on my own vehicle. So thanks, but no thanks.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The team was professional and fast. Price was very fair. Waiting area was clean with good coffee. I will return!

I had high hopes. I took my car to Juke as I had read the stellar reviews online. I took my car in as my check engine light was on, I had already taken it to Auto Zone so I had an idea of what was wrong with it before I took it in. The gentleman who helped me was nice, but i feel like he assumed I had no idea what I was talking about when I brought my car in. After we chatted about what what was going on he proceeded to rattle off terminology at me-- I am not a mechanic by any means. I asked him to do a full inspection of my car and let me know what needs work and what was causing the check engine light to be on. 5 hours later he called, and told me a few repairs that needed to be taken care off and also told me my check engine light had went off-- and just like that no further explanation on the "issue" which was causing my check engine light to be on. When I went to pick up the car, he mentioned to me that my light had came back on-- but why? He never mentioned why it came back on, and all in all I felt they were just BS'ing me. I paid my $68 dollars to be told exactly what Auto Zone told me for free. I am only writing this review as I think this was a unfortunate case off being taken advantage of. Not playing the victim, just didn't feel respected as I should be as a patron of this business. I will take my business else where.

My first experience with Juke Auto was an absolute pleasure. Having to have a catalytic converter and windshield replaced on my truck would have been a costly endeavor with the dealership I normally do business with. Miguel and the staff of Juke Auto did everything they could to make the repairs as efficient, time-saving, and cost-friendly as possible. The repairs were excellent and I felt like a valued customer, even though this was my first time with them. They will definitely get my repeat business, as my truck needs further service.

I LOVE JUKE AUTO! They have amazing staff, work quickly, and I can always count on them for transparency. I trust them to be genuine and helpful with all my car repairs. And they have fair prices. I am thankful to have found them and highly recommend!
