Kick@55 Fitness was founded by Rebecca Gahan in 2010 so she could offer attainable long-term results to all clients. Her goal was to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to fitness and nutrition. Kick@55 Fitness offers clients with very specific directions on both their fitness and nutritional needs. Rebecca then created Kick@55 Bootcamp in October 2012 as an affordable solution for a broad spectrum of clients to receive the attention they would normally get through a 1:1 personal training session in a large class format.

I’ve tried every class and have been impressed with each and everyone of them. Each class has fully worked me out and fatigued every part of my body. I would highly recommend! I am now current member .

I LOVE BALM FITNESS!!! Jen and Laura are the best there is- give Balm a try and you'll see what I mean. I always leave feeling stronger than before and enjoy every minute of the classes. The Balm format is such a great combo of strength training and cardio and I highly recommend it!

Wow!! I have never felt this good!! I’ve been coming for 5 months and I’m about to renew for the next 6 months- they have daycare which has never been offered at other places- the girls training and how they both differ in what they specialize in - I feel great!!! Love the owners jen and Laura!! Their bodies are proof enough it works!!!

As a self-appointed, unofficially official ambassador for Balm, (😁) I feel obligated to share with all fitness loving women in the Denver-ish area about how great this studio is! Between hopping from one of the 5 thoughtfully designed class formats to the next, my muscles stay confused, I stay engaged, and I easily avoid those ‘fitness plateaus’ that happen from doing the same exercises over and over. Jen and Laura lend their years of experitise to perfectly guide and motivate class participants. The results from attending Balm on a regular basis are more than physical; the sense of strength, empowerment, and sisterhood are incredible. Balm Fitness will change your body and your mindset. Beginner or advanced, women of all ages and abilities have so much to gain from this amazing studio.

This gym has changed my life! I am so thankful for the amazing instructors and the workout I get. This is geared to really change your body. I feel stronger and leaner since I first walked to the studio.

Wow! Balm is amazing! Laura is a perfectionist and knows how to get your body working and feeling fit and lean. Each class is challenging and motivating. I love the group of women that work out and the environment that encourages and listens to your body! Oh, and Balm is super clean - which is very important to me!

Laura is such an empowering instructor. Add in the fun group of ladies that attend the classes and the upbeat, original and challenging workouts and you leave with a smile on your face and a body that will be sore from head to toe the next day in alllll the BEST ways! Awesome studio!

the studio was super dirty, the instructor was all over the place and not organized. I felt like I was at risk of being taken out by someone doing burpees or other exercises the entire time. This place was to cramped, and it just felt unsafe.

I've tried many gyms in the area but never last very long due to getting bored very quickly. Every workout at Kick@55 Fitness is different, and I've been a monthly unlimited member for just shy of a year. The instructors are great and very supportive. Love this place!

Tracy kicks your butt and Rebecca also kicks your butt but entertains your corny jokes. They have a great set up and wonderful attitude. If you stay committed, you'll see results soon.

Omg if you are looking for a great workout with wonderful instructions kick@55 Fitness is the place. Killer workout you feel the burn.Tracy and Rebecca smells fear so I try not to look them in the eye when workout lol...they are awesome keeps me motivated ever step of the way.

I really enjoy classes here. The space can get a little crowded some days but overall there is enough space, the instructors are great, the music keeps you moving, and you can get a killer workout in within an hour. Onsite showers make popping in for a workout during your lunch hour very doable!

I've taken 4 classes here thus far and, while small, the facility is really well appointed and the trainers top notch. They do a great job of customizing workouts (years of rugby have left me a broken man) and genuinely seem to care and want to help any way they can. The workouts are tough, but fun and there's plenty of variety to keep things interesting.
